booking most of these wonderful vacation homes for almost 20 years.

Our homes are charming Caribbean style homes built before the “big villa
boom" of the late 80’s.  Because of my long standing relationship with most
of the owners, I treat each as if it were my own home. I’ve built a great little team to take care of both the homes and their guests.

Every home is clean, well equipped, and a well maintained vacation rental. And because of our low overhead, we can offer a better value for your dollar.

When you call, you are talking to me. I maintain each of the houses as well as book your reservation, meet you at the ferry dock, and take care of you while on island. Since we are a small company, we can give you more personalized attention to make your vacation on St John a very comfortable experience.

Most are located on hillsides with great water views, some with sunsets and some with sunrises.  All of our homes have telephone, cable TV/VCR, beach equipment, BBQ, and washer/dryer. Beaches are within minutes of every location.

Getting to your St John vacation home is easy! Let us know your flight information and we will meet you at the St. John Ferry Dock and take you to get your rental car. Then follow us to your villa and we'll give you a brief introduction to the home and island. Then we leave you to enjoy our peaceful little place in paradise. But please call us while you are here if you have any questions about the home or the island. I am happy to help you with all of your other vacation plans such as your rental car, restaurant and day trip recommendations (airline reservations are up to you!).

Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests are $25 per person per night.
Each home is subject to the prevailing 8% USVI Hotel Tax, which is due with final payment.
50% deposit is required at the time reservations are confirmed and the full balance is due upon arrival.
